What’s a coached rep?

Any rep whose calls HotMic ingests and scores in a given month. You’re billed per coached rep, per module. Not per call, not per seat.

What if a rep does two roles?

Enroll them in the module for their primary motion. If they genuinely run two (an AE who still prospects), add them to both; they count as a coached rep in each.

Can I add or remove reps anytime?

Yes. Add reps mid-cycle and we prorate; remove them and it lands on your next invoice. Turn whole modules on or off the same way.

Is there a free trial?

No. HotMic is paid from day one. But your first read lands within the first week, so you’ll know fast whether it earns its place.

Which platforms do you support?

Gong, Fireflies, and Fathom today, through their official APIs. We only pull the calls you authorize.
